At Nomadica, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our gourmet products; however, due to the perishable nature of food, we can only accept returns on non-perishable hardware or unopened pantry staples within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for non-perishable items.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the unopened items in their original box and attach the provided shipping label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
